Ordering and Shipping FAQ's

  • *No minimum purchase required 
  • *Saturday delivery using USPS at no extra charge 
  • *Payments accepted: Merchant Check out Services, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,      Discover, Personal Check, Money Order, International Bank Wire Transfers. 
  • *No printed catalog is available, online orders qualify for discounting structure. Call-in orders are subject to regular retail rates.

Shipping and Handling Policy

  1. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on location and order weight/size.There are no shipments on Sunday and holidays. All efforts are made to ship domestic orders the same day they are received; however, this is not always possible due to order volume, so please allow at least one business day to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Point of departure is East Central Alabama. If you live on the West Coast, your ship time is 4-5 business days in transit after the order ships, which does not include processing time in our warehouse. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. You will receive an email from our merchant services notification. If you need a tracking number please feel free to call us or email or we will track for you. 

Package Damage or Shortages

If upon receipt of your order, any items are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 3 business days. Please save the damaged items and the original packaging. These must be available in order for us to file a claim with USPS. If these are disposed of prior to settlement of the claim with USPS, we will be unable to reship the replacement product. We must have a valid means of proof of damage which is done through USPS or UPS.


Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products that require a hazmat waiver prior to shipment cannot be returned. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned. Please contact us for a return authorization. If a package is refused at time of delivery, the restocking fee of 20% will apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. We will replace products that are defective and re-ship at our expense of replacement's of E'TAC colorants or additives. Distributor warrantee's may be different than our own. We warrant to those we ship to only.

E'TAC LLC believes that confidential information should remain confidential. We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders and communicating with you regarding your order. We never sell or share your personal information with other companies. You have the option of signing up for our News Letters which often detail 'SPECIALS' or you can opt out at anytime under 'News letter-Unsubscribe' part of our website. 


All products are offered in good faith without warranty expressed or implied warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

International Shipping and Canadian Customers

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – PLEASE CALL for best rates on shipping and ordering! 

USPS World-Wide Express and Priority is used for all International orders. Orders to Canada/Mexico are shipped USPS Priority. International customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty tax and brokerage fees for orders. Large orders in excess of 70 US pounds are shipped UPS. While E'TAC LLC attempts to move products quickly, usually within 24-48 hours of settled receipt, there are delays that may prevent orders from being processed such as holidays and unforeseen natural events. 

COD's: Due to the various payment options we give our customers, we do not accept COD orders.
